SaaSMaste respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on SaaSMaste infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material on SaaSMaste that is allegedly infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (URL preferred)
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
